When you register to view your account online you can:

  • check your balance
  • see what payments have been received
  • check what your instalments are
  • choose to receive your bill by email (paperless billing)

Before you register you will need your council tax account number.
Your account number can be found on your bill.

When you register, we will check your identity against the information we hold about you on our system. 

You will be able to view your account online straight away if the details match.

If your details do not match our records, you will be able to request a pin number. Your pin number will be posted within five working days. Contact us on 0113 222 4404 if you need it sooner.
