Cost and paying

Blue Badges cost £10, unless you qualify for a free badge. The form will ask you to pay online when you submit your application. This is the quickest way to pay. If your application is not successful, you will get a refund.

Who can get a free Blue Badge?

You do not have to pay for a Blue Badge if it is for:

  • someone with a terminal illness
  • someone receiving a war pensioner’s mobility supplement
  • someone on the armed forces compensation scheme (tarrif one to eight with a permanent or substantial disability)
