Apply for a pavement licence

A pavement licence (also known as a street cafe licence) allows cafes, pubs, bars or restaurants to sell food and place tables and chairs on a public pavement.

Selective licensing

If you rent out a property in certain parts of Beeston or Harehills, you’ll need to apply for a selective licence.

Street collection permits

If you would like to collect money or sell items for charity, either on a street or in a public place, you will need a permit.
