Report an issue with a road or pavement

Each issue you report is placed into one of these priority groups:

Gullies, manholes and drains

Highway gullies are the drains covered by a metal grid, usually found at the edge of a road. Find out how to report blocked or flooded gullies, or report items dropped down a gully.

Street lighting

Before reporting, please note that street lights along certain roads will be switched off between midnight and 5.30am as part of the selective part-night street lighting scheme.
