Explanatory Note: This document sets out the policies and supporting text which make up the Local Plan Update Publication Draft. As these policies will have the effect of amending and updating the existing Core Strategy (2019 as amended), the document specifies which parts of the adopted Core Strategy are proposed to be amended.
