Hyde Park Neighbourhood Plan

In accordance with the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Localism Act 2011 and the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations (2012) as amended, the council has redesignated the Hyde Park Neighbourhood Forum.

The designation is effective from 25 January 2021 and lasts for a period of five years.

This designation gives the Hyde Park Neighbourhood Forum the right to prepare a neighbourhood development plan for the Hyde Park Neighbourhood Area. No other organisation or body may be designated for the Hyde Park Neighbourhood Area until this designation expires or is withdrawn.
